Our cuisine – freshness and quality, always in season
Our gourmet restaurant, the St. Alban-Stübli, is known
for its traditional French cuisine, exceptional fish specialities and
deliciously popular Basel dishes.
Deploying skill and
creativity, we take seasonally fresh produce from the market and create dishes
designed to delight the senses.
Every day features three appetizing three-course lunch menus, a business lunch and a variety of a-la-carte choices.
The exceptional wine selection includes labels from France, Italy and Switzerland, plus a number of rather special rarities. Whisky and brandy devotees are well catered for, too.
We also hold culinary events several times a year: these popular occasions focus on particular themes, such as Italy, Asparagus, Prime Pork, and so forth.
